Refund policy
Unopened Products
You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Opened Products
You can return opened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a 50% refund. All returning items must be less than 33% used to qualify for a refund. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
If you purchased a discounted bundle on the post purchase, the returned product will receive a refund at discount price. ATP currently does not accept returns on internationally shipped products. All international product sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at 1-888-779-0079 or by email at info@atplab.com. Pictures of the damaged product may be requested.
Return Process
Complete the online return form and submit it to begin the refund process. Fill all the fields otherwise the form cannot be submitted.
If an error occurs on your order, a period of 3 working days is allocated to declare the problem. Otherwise, no refund will be possible.
In case of refusal of the package by the customer, the shipping costs and the return costs of the package will be deducted from the amount reimbursed to the customer.
ATP Lab is not responsible in the event of theft of packages and no refund will be possible.
Items will be inspected. Products must be in clean condition with dating legible. No marker, ink, glue, scratches, tears, or dents.
NOTE: If additional cleaning must be performed on bottles, a 10% restocking fee may be applied.
Products that are expired will not be credited.
