CanadaRecently, I decided to try the Vanilla flavour for a change. Upon receiving it, I transferred the powder into a sealed glass jar for storage. When I tried it for the first time the day after, I noticed that it would not blend into water. Despite using a protein powder whisk, the mixture remained clumpy and unappetizing. Unfortunately, I had to pour it out. The following day, I attempted to mix it again using the same equipment and process, but I experienced the same issue. For comparison, I prepared the Dark Chocolate flavor using the exact same method, and it blended perfectly. I even took photos to document the noticeable difference. Given my experience, I am wondering if the Vanilla powder might be from a bad batch. Since I transferred the powder into another container and recycled the original bottle, I am unable to return the original container. However, I wanted to bring this issue to your attention and kindly request a replacement, credit or refund.
