Quick training for big results.

Even though you are not competing or fighting, nothing can stop you from training like them. What I like to do with my athletes, as the old saying goes, is “the more you sweat in training, the less you bleed on the battlefield”. We make their training the absolute worst they can endure so that competition is almost a breeze. This is how a typical conditioning training would look like.


15 minutes nonstop, rest as needed


Prowler pulls and push for distance (60 feet push and pull back) increasing the weight at every set.

150 lbs slam ball shoulder toss x 5 (could be replaced by Barbell thrusters or the heaviest slam ball for 20 reps)

Do as many sets as possible in 15 minutes. The goal is to beat the score the following week.

Standing barbell push press x 5

Standing rope pulls (sled or prowler) 60 feet

Do as many sets as possible in 15 minutes. The goal is to beat the score the following week.
