A yummy snack to take at the gym as a post-workout treat.
Prep time: 5 mins
• 1/3 Cup of our ISO protein powder (chocolate)
• 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
• 1 Tbsp. Stevia
• 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, Melted
• Orange Peels
• Sliced Almonds
1. Over a medium-high flame, place the coconut oil, cocoa powder, protein powder, and stevia in a double boiler over water.
2. Allow all ingredients to melt together.
3. Pour out onto parchment paper.
4. Use a wooden spoon to spread evenly, making the bark about 1/2 inch thick.
5. Throw on desired toppings.
6. Let cool, then enjoy.
