  • 1/2 cup egg white
  • 60 gr greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Drop some coconut stevia or coconut essence (according to your taste)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut flake

Topping Mix :
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp light creme cheese
  • 1tbsp free sugar sirop
Put on your pancake and add rasberries
