Banana Protein Pancakes
Here is a healthy breakfast solution made from only 5 simple ingredients. These pancakes taste amazing and will fill you up!

Ingredients: Fruits and vegetables
  • 1 Banana, large very ripe

Fresh Product
  • 2 Eggs

Culinary Aids and Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Make a well in the center, pour in the eggs and banana mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
