Almond Protein Breakfast Pudding šŸ„£

Serves: 2

Ingredients
ā€¢ 1/2 cup (85g) buckwheat groats
ā€¢ 2 scoops of our OvB vanilla protein powder
ā€¢ 1 ripe banana
ā€¢ 2 tbsp almond butter
ā€¢ 2 tsp cinnamon
ā€¢ 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice

Instructions
1. Add the buckwheat groats to a bowl and cover with water. Leave to soak overnight, then strain and rinse under the tap.
2. Add the groats to a blender/food processor along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Serve with nuts and/or berries.
4. Enjoy!
