Almond Protein Breakfast Pudding š„£
Serves: 2
Ingredients
ā¢ 1/2 cup (85g) buckwheat groats
ā¢ 2 scoops of our OvB vanilla protein powder
ā¢ 1 ripe banana
ā¢ 2 tbsp almond butter
ā¢ 2 tsp cinnamon
ā¢ 1/2 cup (120ml) milk of choice
Instructions
1. Add the buckwheat groats to a bowl and cover with water. Leave to soak overnight, then strain and rinse under the tap.
2. Add the groats to a blender/food processor along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Serve with nuts and/or berries.
4. Enjoy!
